Caregiver/Homemaker

Non-medical in-home care and assistance to seniors and others within the community. Duties may include, but are not limited to light housekeeping, meal planning and meal preparation,grocery shopping,medication reminders,errands,transportation to appointments and social events, assistance with bathing/dressing/toileting/oral hygiene,ambulation and transfers, providing safety precautions, etc. Flexible work schedules. A minimum six months' professional caregiving experience isrequired. A reliable vehicle and a clean driving record are also requirements for this position. The State of Nevada, Dept. of Health, requires written proof of a negative TB test and a physician's statement indicating the care provider is in general good health and is free from communicable diseases - these documents are required prior to an individual working in the field.
